How do I get my racket to you?

Ensure your racket is securely packaged. We recommend sending either via Royal Mail or a courier to our workshop address. You pay to send the racket to us and we return free of charge via a 48 hour courier service.


How will my racket be returned back to me?

All rackets are returned via 48 hour courier service. Alternatively, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, for an additional £7.00.


I'm worried about my racket being damaged or lost in transit?

All returned packages are insured up to the value of £50. If you wish to insure your return package for a higher sum, then you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery at the checkout. This is an additional £7 and provides full online tracking, up to £500 cover and guaranteed delivery by 1pm next day. We always try to use where possible specially designed boxes to fit either your squash, tennis or badminton racket. This limits any movement or pressure to the racket while in transit.

I live locally - can I drop off and collect in person?

Yes of course. To acknowledge this, we're happy to offer a £3 discount. Simply enter the discount code "LOCAL" when ordering.
